On March 9th (two months after starting this purchase process and 6 weeks after taking delivery of my car), my car was totaled due to a 40 car pileup on I-94. It could still get worse of course, if they do not refund my money they will be a perfect 0 for 5 on their website promises. Probably a few more days for that?
EDIT: I just checked and the payoff is much higher… not $2500 dfference FML lol. if the dealership or whoever the F vroom.com is wont let you inspect the car with an independent mechanic..pass on that shit. Which I fully intend to do once I hit send here.

Still no refund. Same with document people. In may 2017 I purchased a 2013 toyota land cruiser from vroom.com.
Do yourself a favor. I took delivery of the vehicle and immediately decided to exercise the refund because the interior was ripped, had grease stains, and a headlight was broken. Didn’t even have to make one call to them. This has been an insane experience. I'll eat my words and retract the statement I made if not true. I hope the car is worth the stress of this. I am now wishing I had gone to a brick and mortar dealership, where even if I loath the experience, I have some service. Is it possible to sell a car that you’re currently leasing to Vroom?
